3BR Properties, Inc.
Formed in 2013 as the new branding name of the original family owned company that was started in 1983. Since our original inception, we have developed or built apartments, single family residential subdivisions, and single family houses in the DFW area. We provide assistance in project selection and design, involvement in securing financing, project accounting, onsite project management, and the ability to market and sell the completed product if required.
Our Founder
Robert B. Rollings is a Dallas native and a graduate of Southern Methodist University. He is a licensed real estate broker and has over 45 years of experience in the DFW real estate market. After 10 years to start his career in real estate with a large Dallas based Development Company, he formed his own company in 1983. That original company has changed its name to 3BR Properties, Inc. now that it includes his children as owners. With new family members involved, the company is set to continue operating through another generation.
